I have reached 32 weeks of pregnancy today which means only 8 weeks or so to go until we meet our baby boy, Addison. Yet again still just the same problems as the last couple of weeks, dealing with back pain. I really hope that it gets better as it is only going to make labour worse not being able to position myself how I want.
We also have our last scheduled antenatal class tonight, really looking forward to this one as we will be having the hospital tour which was postponed from last week. The maternity ward was far too busy last week to have the tour, seems like everyone was having a baby!! It would have just been too crazy for us to have a proper look at where we will be checking in for a few days when we have our babies.
I’ve really enjoyed our antenatal classes. I did know a little about what was discussed during the classes each week, but learnt so much more as well. Plus all the hand out information was fantastic to read through and get a better understanding of what to expect. There is actually a couple in our antenatal group that will be in their 38th week tonight, just about ready to pop!
I’m feeling much more confident about going to hospital and all aspects relating to having this baby boy of ours. I’m sure I will learn so much more by actually doing and experiencing but I’m not in the dark about what it’s going to be like.
