Today I am 24 weeks pregnant and the back pain continues. That’s about the only complaint that I have, everything else is going great guns with Addi being very active.
I’ve started to think more about planning his room and getting everything ready. Depite it appearing as though I have a lot of time still left to plan, I know how busy my next couple of months are going to be and I want to be as organised as possible. We are in the process of getting quotes for carpet for Addi’s room (and the spare bedroom), so hopefully that can happen over the next couple of weeks.
This weekend has also been set aside to start working on the piece of furniture that mum and dad gave us for Addison’s room. We will sand and re-stain the cupboard/drawer unit in a Walnut colour to match the other furniture. This will of course be moved into the room after the new carpet has been laid. Once that carpet is down we can start to get serious about having it all set up and ready for baby Addi’s arrival.
