Today we had some very proud grand parents and uncle come to visit our little boy and meet him for the first time. They were so happy to get to see our little boy and their grandson for the first time.
We had Charles’ parents, Boyd (granddad), Evelyn (gran) and Regan (uncle) come and see us this afternoon. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos from this as they are all on their own camera’s. Addison’s very proud uncle took photos holding Addison, on his phone and like wise did Gran so they could show off our precious little boy! (Update! Gran emailed me some of the photos taken, so I’ve updated the photo gallery.)
Then my mum and dad, Annette (nanny) and Steve (poppy) came to see us after they finished up at my cousin Natalie’s bridal shower (such a shame I missed it, but I have a pretty good excuse 
). They were over the moon to see our little boy and have a hold for the first time.
Nanny and poppy also came bearing gifts. Nanny had prepared a care pack for me that included a “just for you” teddy bear, owl hand towels, a bag of jelly beans and jelly babies, cupcake lipglosses and face wipes in a pretty butterfly gift bag. She had also bought Addi a blue toy giraffe named Jerry.
My nana (my dad’s mum) had passed on a gift for mum (nanny) and dad (poppy) to deliver for Addi – a beautiful blue, knitted blanket that she made herself.
