After my doctors appointment we all headed to the shops to buy a new washing machine. Yesterday (and the day before, for that matter) I had a flooded laundry, so the time had come to buy a new washing machine.
When we are using modern cloth nappies a washing machine is one house hold appliance that I can not do without! We had to act fast and get the nappy production line back up and running.
Well what an experience, going from shop to shop with a baby…in and out of the car seat into the pram over and over…then next minute, yep, someone was hungry! So with nowhere really to feed, the car just had to do. After a little while of wheeling and dealing Addi needed another feed, so off to the car again! Just when I thought we were good and ready, someone needed their nappy changed! What a fun and challenging experience, changing a nappy on the front seat of a car. I guess you do what you have to when the time calls for it!
Eventually we had bought our new washing machine and we were on our way home. I’m glad to say that the nappy washing production line is back up and running!
