It might sound strange but I have never been to the park alone with Addi. Every time that we have taken Addison to the park it has been with Daddy as well. I guess I was worried for some reason. However today I decided that we would start doing some fun things, just the two of us. After all there is no reason that we should just do the same thing everyday and stay home.
I had first thought that we would go to the beach today but time got away from us, so off to the park we went!
We had a lot of fun at the park. Addi went on each of the different bouncy play equipment, see saw, slide and swings. We only went down the slide once as it was a bit of a struggle to climb up the ladder holding Addi. Daddy always makes it look so easy! That it is not!! Such a shame as Addison always loves the slide.
Addison wore his new shoes that Nanny bought him and gave them a good trial run, walking around the park.
We took a few photos on my camera phone to commemorate Addi and Mummy’s first park trip alone.
After we were done at the park we walked to the shops and got Addi a couple of little first word books as a treat :).
