Today is discharge day and we are getting ready to go home and finally be a family of 4! Here’s Mummy getting Preston ready to leave the hospital.

Preston loves to be held and so it was a great opportunity for Daddy to have some snuggles.

There’s nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby. I just adore these photos of my little man. I even managed to capture a big yawn and him having a little peep out of one eye at me.
