Recently Charles bought a second hand lathe for wood turning one of his hobbies. He has never done it before, but has a strong interest in it and is keen to learn.
Charles decided that one of the practice things he would try is making a rattle for Addi. Here is his practice rattle, one of the first things that he has made with his new ‘toy’.

It’s a little heavy for him at the moment, but it won’t be long before Addi just loves to play with his rattle.
Charles is also going to be attending classes to learn some wood turning skills, so I look forward to sharing with you his work from each class over the next few weeks.
